On Sunday, the border of Iran and Iraq experienced a 7.3 magnitude earthquake. It claimed the lives of 530 people while also causing substantial infrastructural damage in cities and towns. Turkey was one of the first countries to offer aid with search and rescue teams, tents, and blankets; the United Nation is also on standby. Do you think the US should step up and offer aid like Turkey, or stray away from involvement?
