The Bengal Beat

Ashlyn Athey
Hello! My name is Ashlyn Athey, and I am a senior. I am thrilled to be returning for my second year on the Bengal Beat as a reporter. My goal for Newspaper is to produce quality writing that reflects the thoughts of students and people in our community. Outside of school, I enjoy playing violin with the Carolina Youth Symphony, gardening, and reading. I have an older sister who is married and an older brother who recently graduated from college. Also, I have a dog, cat, and beta fish that keep me company. I am looking forward to another great year on the Bengal Beat!
